I have followed all the steps above and I still have a " Nothing to display " error on KoboCollect new app version
@baunjeri, there are a couple of things that you should be aware on:
- You should have at least one survey deployed in your account.
- Follow the instructions clearly to configure your URL settings (in the
Collect android app).
You may not be able to get blank forms to your app If you miss any of these.
I can see the survey when I log in on a browser bit I have nothing on the app
Could you also share a screenshot of the URL setting of your app?
@baunjeri, I had a closer look at your user account and came to know that the project you have in your account is not your own account. It was shared with you with the following sharing permission:
If you wish to see the project in your Collect android app you will need to request the admin of the project to share it with you with an Add submissions permission. Once you have that permission, you should be able to get the blank form in your app.
