I have the following problem:
In the settings page in the past there was a field to add users to the project and specify permissions for them (View Form + Add entries)
For a while I can’t find this field!
In the (Share) button
How do I delete an old user with this permission?

When you open your form you should use the quick links indicated share projects to share your project with other users
