Sharing form but form not appearing in mobile app

I have shared a form from “user1” to “user2”. And form appears in user2 but while opening the form by using user2 through the mobile app. It is not appearing. Could anyone give a solution about it?

Hi @MEAL_Manager_DEZ, I had a quick look over to your issue and was able to get the survey to my KoBoCollect android app (by sharing it to my KoBoToolbox user account).
