How can I share the form with the enumerators so they can fill it out on Android devices, with the form having to be the username and password? Where he will be able to access this form only and not all the forms available on my account

I would suggest to create an account for each enumerators and share it with their accounts, so in case you would like to limit one them’s data collection, or give them ability to review their submited data. If you need more recommedation, lets us know
