Skip question for repeating group doesn't work for second language

Dear all,

I have created a from with dual language. there is a question that a repeating group will based on. the flow would work on english(my default) but doesn’t work on my second language.
here is my excel form

and here is how it works with English default language, the question how many…? will show up after i choose the answer

but in second language it doesn’t show up

If anyone knows problem, please help me out.

Update: Even if I change the language back to English, it still doesn’t show up. The only way I can do is reload the form.
