Skip the form without saving

Hi,
how can i skip the whole survey if a certain condition is fulfilled and exit without saving any data
example:
Q1. Marital status **Single, Married, Widowed **
if **Single ** is selected the form should give a notice and start as new … but i don’t want the answers to be saved on the survey

has anyone done such thing?
