Solution to prevent code duplication

Dear support team,

I am implementing a community support project in which each household will be linked to a household number. My difficulty is how to keep two different interviewers from filling in the same household code.
For example:
Household number 1 code HH01: Interviewer 1 filled in code HH01
Household number 1 code HH02: Interviewer 2 filled in code HH01 (identical code HH01)
