Some are able to submit the data while some are having issues with error 404

Hi, I am having this same issue. I set up survey for field officers to get the data, some were able to submit wile some are having this error 404 coming up at every attempt to submit.

I have checked their settings and it’s all same. I have thesurvey in my account on kobotool box

What to do pls?
