I implemented this in KoBO where i have the first question: Is the respondent the owner of the farm? (yes/no). Even if it’s a yes or no the questionnaire continue to the next question asking: 2. Name of Farmer or representative, it then continues with the questions that follows until the question which specifically ask the name of the farmer. If the the first question was ‘yes’ then the farmer name in the 2nd question should automatically be populated in the background(its skipped) in this field, if ‘no’ the user should input the name of the farmer in the field. I successfully implemented and deployed this form and it behaves as expected and the form is send successfully. However when i open the data on the server side that question on the Name of the farmer does not have the responses it is blank. Can anyone assist? Am posting the most crucial XLS part of the design. The issue is on Question 9(sorry seems i cant upload the excel).
Welcome to the community, @newtonnyapwere81! So you don’t see the response on your server. Would you mind downloading your data and checking them on the XLS format to see if it’s there?
Please also let the community know if you made changes to the form and redeployed the changes you made to the server.
