Some of the users, after installing the app and adding the url (https://kc.kobotoolbox.org) in the server details in kobocollect app are facing an issue where the url is automatically changing to https://kc.kobotoolbox.org/kobodemouser and the icon is showing ‘D’ instead of ‘K’. Could you please recommend a solution?

@poornima_j, kindly be informed that the server URL could be reset to the one you have shared through the post if you accidentally reset the setting by going to Settings>Project management>Reset>All settings (internal settings, saved settings).

Be cautious when resetting your app, which would keep your server settings safe.
