Some submissions didn't show in data table

Dear KoBo Supporter,

I am facing one problem related to my data submission and data table. I saw my submission is more than actual data in table. When I pull that data out, I got only data in table. it means I lost some data from submission. Can you kindly guild me how to get the lost back?

Previously, I use open ended question (text). After I got some answers, I created the same question by changing to choice question. I change recode it to the same with choice question but few code were not recode while it is different from the choice. So, I would like to keep with that original question. After, I redeploy the new form, it wasn’t show in data table anymore.

Welcome back to the community, @sreangphaly! What is the total number of submissions you see when you download your data in XLS format?

The total numbers of pull data are the same data in data table, 219.
