Some submissions do not appear in the Kobo data table!

Greetings
I have a problem sometimes my employees send their submissions and it move to the sent questionnaires tab in the KoBo collect app, but it do not appear in my Kobo data table on the web when I search for it!!!

Yes, of course, because the application settings are the same and have not changed, and it has uploaded right cases before and after and has reached and appeared in the data table.
