Welcome to the community, @ignaciogs! It seems like your image is missing. Could you share a screenshot of the DATA>Table view with the community? Maybe that should give us a clue if there should be sync issues.
he person in the field reports that the sending of data was carried out satisfactorily but I have not received the information. There are 5 unsynchronized forms.
@ignaciogs, how did you find out that five forms are missing? Did your team maintain any backup tally to check the total number of submissions submitted to the system?
Maybe the submissions are still stuck in the Collect app or the web browser?
