My question is: How can I configure a question that can collect data like: 222.06/96.32A?

@jules_hakizimana_00, you could restrict your response using the regex code as outlined in our support article Restricting Text Responses With Regular Expressions. You could also find similar discussions in our community post here.

Or you could also simply use a text question type that should take the input like the sample you shared.
