Specific user assignment

Dear all,

I have been trying whole day on the assignment of users for data collection by sharing my project to another user.

The issue here;

  1. Even if I turn off the share button, the project which I have shared aready remains on the other users to whom I have shared? is it true?

  2. What will be URL, username and password for username which I have assigned in kobo collect? For me, I have been using url: https:kc.kobotoolbox.org, username and password: username and password of user whom I have shared too. However, I have been observing its consistency and its not working sometimes and it work very fine at times.Therefore, its consistency fluctuates everytime.

So what could be the problem in this?
