Start repeats with initial number of repeats

Dear community,
I need to configure a repeat group that starts with three iterations, by default it starts at 1. How could I get it to start at three and then add others if necessary?

Thanks for answering, but what I need to know is if I can make the repeat appear as the first image when I get to the question

and not with the default display of the second.
