Hello community - I have just started experiencing the same problem. We have two separate tools which have repeats in them. Starting a couple of days ago, we got “export failed” messages for both of them. They have previously been downloading no problem. I’ve check a few of our other tools without repeats and they seem to be downloading fine.
Any ideas what could be causing this? Many many thanks.
Not sure if it’s coincident or connected, but last week we changed the email address on our account. Seems unlikely to be the cause but it’s the only thing I can think of that we changed last week.
