Hello @Kal_Lam , after the recent update about the storage and submissions limit, I’ve had deleted many projects. But yet, on my usage page, it shows the storage as exceeded. On the per project details page, the storage shows as 0B.
Can you please let me know where my storage is getting used up? Also, it is very difficult to keep storages under 1GB. It would be really nice if the free limit is increased to at least 3GB
Welcome back to the community, @paani! How many projects do you still have on your account? Maybe you will need to check out the projects if they have any media files in them.
Under the Settings>Usage check out the Per Project Total as shown in the image below:
Then, go to the bottom and keep moving to the next page until you see the projects with the storage used as shown in the image below:
