String default value with arithmatic sign couldn't be accepted

I’m trying to use a string default value (1 + 1 + 1 = 7 days) at a text type field. But previously it showed only 1 rather than “1 + 1 + 1 = 7 days” as default value when I opened form for data collection. How can I use the string/script “1 + 1 + 1 = 7 days” as a default value?
