Stuck in processing when trying to download data

The download process gets stuck on “Processing…” and never completes.
My questionnaire contains 900 questions and 60 versions, although I have unchecked the “include the 60 versions” option. I have 350 surveys
I’m currently using the server at kf.cirad.fr.

Everything worked perfectly yesterday, even though I had only 30 fewer surveys at that time. I downloaded in like 5 secondes.

In this project, i’ll have 1000 surveys at the end

I tried to create a new project with only 1 question and 1 survey
But same problem, it doesnt download

Welcome to the community, @Selenite! It seems like you are on a private KoboToolbox server. You will need to reach out to your sys admin team to troubleshoot.
