Subgroup names are not showing in KoboCollect

Hello! I wonder if anyone knows how to show group/subgroup names in KoboCollect. They show using Enketo but not when I use KoboCollect.

Hello! Yes, of course. Here are two screenshots of how subgroups appear in Enketo versus KoboCollect. Is there a way to make subgroups appear in KoboCollect, and perhaps change the text font?
