Submission error

Hello there,

I’m new to kobo toolbox. We use Enkoto before. When we submit the data, there is an error shown ‘Too few bytes to read ASN.1 value’ Could you guys please help?

Welcome to the community, @Thetmon-eac! Could you also let us know the server (humanitarian or non humanitarian server) you are using? Would you also mind letting us know the browser you are using for this device to collect your data?

Thanks Kal. We are using non-humanitarian server. We’re testing with chrome.

Great! Please test with latest/updated version of the modern browsers such as Chrome, Firefox, Edge etc.
