Submission Errors for Various Forms

I’ve been experiencing the following problems when submitting various forms on my Kobo. How can this be fixed?

Welcome to the community, @tiko! Do you get this error message when you try to submit a new submission or when you try to make edits and submit your submission?

In another instance it asks for credentials @Kal_Lam. Even though the forms are usually filled from links shared.

It is working now @Kal_Lam. Thank you.
Although we still don’t know what caused the error.
