Submission hitting anonymously

Hi, I am having issue in submission. For one of the form submissions are hitting anonymously. Although the setting has not changed.

Thank you for your quick response. From Mar 1, 2024, 8:37 PM, submissions are recorded to the parent account Anonymously. I mean, who is submitting the data? There is no information, but the Form setting remained the same. Therefore, data access control is getting difficult. The accounts that have specific access do not see their submitted data. I think the issue is due to new security measures. I need your help to sort this out.
