Hello,

I’m trying to figure out how can I change the characters of “_id” and “_uuid” when uploading data from kobotoolbox.
For example, the field “_id” is filled by “41233631” and “_uuid” is filled by “33ca14a8-fb8f-40ff-af6c-25d51e7968b5”. I want to change these characters for those I decide.

I would also like to do the same with the media files, which are named with the uuid when I upload them.

Hi @gustavomsandrini,

If you are taking about the _id and the _uuid as shown in the image below which i extracted from the xls dataset downloaded from the KoBoToolbox server it’s impossible to change the name/characters.

Kindly please note that this is a unique code provided by the system for each records.
