Submission submitted from KoBoCollect android app but not appearing in database

Hi!

We are using the KoboCollect app. one of our field coordinator data were not in the Kobo database although she have submitted her finalized form on 5th July 2021. I have attached the screenshot below.

In the account I could see 191 submission for the record but instead while downloading we could able see only 190 submission. I have attached the screenshot below.

Could you please help us on the same.
