I am sending from a different user (advisor test) to the user who created the form. I configured this user so that he can only see the shipments he makes. I have made about 5 shipments from “adviser test” and has not been able to see any of his shipments.
Set the main user to “Require authentication to view forms and submit data”. When I iterate to send from “test advisor” to the main user, it generates the following error messages and does not allow to send the forms:
“Login required: If you want to send the data that is in the queue you will have to login. If you want to do it right now, we will redirect you but you will lose the data that you have not saved. Would you like to login now or later?”
“There was an authentication error with the data server. (401)”

Note: I assume the admin has not checked the Require authentication to view forms and submit data in his/her account. Apart from the admin, the user should also check the Require authentication to view forms and submit data in his account settings for this feature to work smoothly.
