Sorry for jumping in, I have the same issue with multiple users, forms and projects implemented as well. We have submit 461 submissions, but only 455 is on the server, and export excel file. It happened to data on 26 of July and 22 of July 2021
For example would you mind checking :
username: xxxxxxx
project: 1. Household Enrollment Questionnaire_18July2021
and I use: humanitarian server
