Submissions not seen in table

I am implementing a survey but I seem to be missing some submitted forms. Yesterday, 2 respondents confirmed submissions but I did not see it in the table. I had to ask them to send me their responses in the word version of the questionnaire for me to enter myself. The same issue again today as there are 23 records but the table only shows me 1-22 results (same as the exported data). How can this be resolved?
