Submitted Data Duplication and Table Data Can't be deleted

We have some duplicated records that couldn’t be deleted yet. We have submitted twice when it shows submission failure (8 records). After successful submission it shows duplicated. The problem is we can’t delete all (5 out of 8) duplicated records.
