For adding validation, you need to use the constraint and calculation function, for reference I had attached the Excel.

But i one thing I am looking for is an Error message that should display under the q7 and q8

For that, you can group the whole three questions and make an appearance as a table list. All three question will be displayed in Single page, with error message
