I am having trouble with the summary page not working. In summary page I am trying to see a report based on the data filled. Here is my xls form

@Ash, could you also let the community know on what are you trying to see in the summary page and what is that that you are currently seeing?

Yes sure. On the last screen I want to display a kind of summary report. It has questions like Run time, Run distance, Expenditure and Purpose. All are based on calculations of previous questions. I think I am not able to do it. Hope anybody helps……
