Hi guys,
I’ve seen on the kobotoolbox website that there a possibility for system administration support when installing on-prem. I have also read in these forums that kobotoolbox is a small company and doesn’t have the resources to offer support.
Please can anyone tell me which it is and if it is possible how much it is likely to cost? I filled in the contact form a couple of days ago and haven’t heard back.
