Hello community, I have deployed my survey successfully but some respondents are telling me the link to access the survey questions does not work. What could the issue be and what can I do to solve. The respondents complaining have a good Internet connection.
@brunonatu, your respondents will need to use modern (such as Chrome, Firefox, Edge, etc.) and updated browsers (updated to the latest version) to collect data for KoboToolbox.
