Survey Project Not Deleting on from the Server

Hi Team,
I uploaded a survey form on my server account and after data collection I am not sure if I deleted it but somehow I don’t see it on my account, however surprisingly I keep on finding it whenever I am downloading new form for other survey.
I would like to completely delete it from the server, how would I go about it now that it’s not visible under archives or deployed forms?

@rigs, please also check the server you are using. KoboToolbox hosts two public servers i.e. the humanitarian server and the non-humanitarian server. You may be checking the project on the wrong server.
