Survey questions not showing in Excel Analyser Value section

@kouegoblaise, did you download that xlsform from your user account? If no, could you share the xlsform from your user account that was uploaded as a survey project?

OK, so I have done the following and it should work:

  • Downloaded your questionnaire (xlsform) from your user account.
  • Downloaded your dataset (XLS legacy format) from your user account.
  • Downloaded the Empty Excel Analyzer from this site.
  • Copied the survey tab of the questionnaire to the Empty Excel Analyzer.
  • Copied the choices tab of the questionnaire to the Empty Excel Analyzer.
  • Copied the dataset downloaded as XLS (legacy) to the Empty Excel Analyzer.
    • The main dataset is marked as data_main while the roster dataset is marked as data_roster.
    • After copying the dataset, I changed the header name of the dataset that matches with the xlsform.

  • Manually typed the data_main or data_roster in the Data as shown in the image below:

  • Similarly, typed the survey in the Survey as shown in the image above.
  • Also typed the choices in the Choices as shown in the image above.
  • If you wish to analyze your data from the data_main you could type in manually else you could also type in data_roster to analyze the roster data.
  • You should now be able to analyze your data from this Excel Analyzer.

Note: At the moment, you only have 4 submissions in your survey project. But when you proceed with the survey you could copy and paste the submissions to the attached Excel Analyzer without chaining the header name of the Excel Analyzer.

J’ai parcuru le fichier excel data analyser que vous m’avez envoyé. Je tiens à vous remercier .Toute fois je notes les remarque suivant .
1 Les variable que j’ai calculé ne se trouve pas ici
2 Les feuilles excel RANK , score, compare n’ont pas de question
Est ce que vous pouvez m’expliquer ? Merci

I have gone through the entire trail of this discussion. I must admit that if you follow each step patiently and keenly you should be able to solve your problem. What @Kal_Lam has outlined covers all the possible angles of support that we could provide to you. I would encourage that you really re-start the process following all the procedures he had shared with you.

@kouegoblaise, have you gone through all the steps outlined above? Maybe it would be good if you try it out with a dummy project and its data and reach us back if you face issues. Also please go through the video tutorials shared with you. It’s very helpful.

Bonjour Kal,
Je vous reviens ce matin pour vos évoquer une inquiétude que j’ai depuis je commence à analyser mes données . En effet lorsque j’analyse les analyse de mes données dans les groupe répétitif , le nombre d’observations (individu ) est diffèrent du nombre dans le fichier excel xls (hérité) techargé. Comment cela s’explique .
