This is a quick question. We installed our own version of Kobotoolbox to support our efforts in data collection for aids cases in South Africa. We installed our version of Kobo in April. We have not been keeping up with all of the version upgrades and we still have the version we installed back in April. Recently, our system has degraded to such a level where the Mongo and Postgresql databases refuse to sync, even with the command root@kobocat:/srv/src/kobocat# ./manage.py sync_mongo --remongo as well as degrading our ability to make API calls.
This has forced us to now to upgrade the version of our Kobo in order resolve the various issues that we are experiencing. My question is:
Is the Mongo postgresql syncing issue addressed or mitigated in any of the releases?
Any info will greatly be appreciated.
