It seems you use multiple languages. Did you study the related Help Center article, please, Adding Another Language to your XLSForm — KoboToolbox documentation. Maybe, you miss the 2-letter language code in brackets, e.g. ::English (en).
Hint: Don’t forget, please, to always check your form with the Online validator, during development and before deployment.

Your welcome is well received, @wroos. I did solve the issue, and it was due to misplacement of field-list in required column. It works fine now. But I am having different issue right now, and already posted it. I look forward to learning and interacting with you and other core members. Best~
