I needed to change the location of the questions, and I did. Now, I am entering each answer and editing the answers one by one again, but it does not appear in the Data table (2-3 days have passed, but it still appears blank in the online interface). How can I fix this?
I can see the answer in the forms, but it is not reflected table
@muhammetburcu, does the record show up when you edit the same form? Or is it only missing in the table view and the edit form?

I can’t see the date response in these codes or the name of the responsible psychologist, province, district, etc. (Turkish: İlk Görüşme Tarihi - the date, İl-province, İlçe district, Görüşmeyi Yapan Kişiyi Seçiniz - psychologist name)
@muhammetburcu, one final question before we investigate. Did you redeploy the project (during the middle of the data collection)?
