The deployed form is not showing on either the fill blank form or download blank form pages of kobocollect

Deployed form not available on the Android app

I downloaded the app and added our project, but when I click on Fill Blank Form, the screen says, “Nothing available to display. Try getting and filling out a blank form.” The form has been deployed. Strangely, I put the humanitarianresponse url in, and it automatically defaulted to the kobotoolbox one when it saved. I got the “Noting to display” message, so I changed the url back to the humanitarianresponse one but it still would not work.

I am having this exact same issue. The previously mentioned support pages do not help as the problem is the deployed form is not showing on either the fill blank form or download blank form pages of kobocollect. The support page just states that the deployed forms ‘should appear’ under the download form section. I can’t even make it show old versions of the form despite this being an option in the settings.

I am able to use the web form to collect data as a stop gap measure but this is less ideal.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling kobocollect with setting the server back up for the app again but it has made no difference.

Please could you share the solution that worked in the above case.

@panirbms21, the first thing you will need to do is configure the Collect Android App as outlined in this support article: The second thing you will need to check is to see if the enumerators have at least logged into their KoboToolbox account once. Failing to login to the account at least once should also cause such issues.
