I encountered same issue here.
The download status keep “Processing…”
I have download in XLS (Legacy), but the media links are not downloaded in the xls file, as I need the media links as well.
Welcome to the community, @OlaNaranja! As a workaround (until we make a fix), please try downloading your data in the XLS (legacy) format. It should work without any issues.
