The issue is with the API (KoboToolbox)

I am an admin user of monitorsulawesi. Please help me resolve this issue. I am unable to access the API format to Excel, as shown in the image. I have tried multiple times without success. Please assist me.

Hi @monitorsulawesi, are you using the global server or Humanitarian server? If you are using the global server your link must be https://kf.kobotoolbox.org, not https://kc.kobotoolbox.org.

If you are using humanitarian server, it should be https://kc-eu.kobotoolbox.org/api/v1/data/195665.xlsx

I think it is not server side issue, there is another problem. Do you provide Authorization header while you are trying to connect?
