When I changed the report on a study, he don’t no longer showing any data, but only a white screen

Where do I get the name of a server
Regarding the server, you could simply share with me the login link for your KoBoToolbox user account. I should then be able to identify the server from the same.
@salemalkilani, kindly please be informed that this is a bug that has been recorded in GitHub, which you could follow here:
KoBoToolbox should resolve this issue in the next release. As a temporary fix, I have reset the custom report for you. You should now be able to view the graphs once again. This time, if you wish to play around with the custom report, kindly please note the followings:
- First, change your browser language to English.
- Then you could work with graphs and bars without any issue.
I will let you know when we have a permanent fix for this issue.
