The survey is not visible in downloading form

Hi @Kal_Lam

I have created and deployed a new survey. But, I can’t see the survey in downloading form from kobocollect. I have made sure that the URL was correct. Some our surveys was already there, but for the new survey named “SURVEI DAYA BELI ROKOK” not visible in downloading form.

We need your advice on how to download the form.

Just so you know, there are two servers (the Global server and the EU server) for KoboToolbox. If you have an account on one of the servers and try to open your account through the link for the other server, you cannot log in. So, you’ll need to use the correct URL to get the blank forms to your app.

For the Global server account, try login through this link
For the EU server account, try login through this link
