@ppatrd_admin ,check properly there could be a place in your questionaire where you omiited a variable name or you are referencing a previous question, say ${P} where P is a question type of text and now you are declaring the previous question as ${S} in another group erroneously…Mismatch referencing of questions from one group to another question group or within could be the cause,variable inconsistency .

Hello,
row 748 has this syntax error of empty {} as the error message indicated. It is in the relevant clause there.
You can search the token ${} in your Excel file.

@ppatrd_admin, you should also be able to identify the syntax issues by validating your XLSForm through this online validator.
