When I download the media files in a zip archive, the timestamp of the image files seems to be that of the zip archive creation time.
Steps to Reproduce
- Select Data
- Select Downloads
- Select Media Attachments in Select Export Type
- Create a New Export
- Download the generated ZIP archive
- Open the zip archive and go to a specific image file
- View file details
Having the timestamp on the file(s) to be when it was submitted will mean that the zip archive better reflects the data set on the server.
