To submit response, tool is asking for login id and password from the respondents

My respondents have filled the questionnaire, but while submitting it , tool is asking them for login. Where is the error.

Hi @Silvana You could do this by configuring your KoBoTooolbox account settings by checking the Require authentication to see forms and submit data which is present under the ACCOUNTS SETTINGS (as shown in the image below).
