Track-changes feature

Hello,

I have been working ODK for a few year but I have been trying out kobotoolbox.

The track-change feature doesn’t seem to work when I inbuild into the xls file. Please help.

Hi @scherrie, Kindly please be informed that the audit metadata should work with KoBoToolbox, Try designing your survey form as outlined below: In the survey tab of your xlsform: [image] Reference xlsform: Audit (Metadata).xlsx (20.7 KB) You should be able to get all the records of the enumerators behavior under the audit.csv by downloading it as Media Attachments (ZIP) as shown in the image below: [image] Have a great day!

Dear Kal_Lam,
Is there anyway to track change of data that is sent online. Because we still have ability to edit data in DATA/Edit (pencil icon) for each record. The end time value was overwritten but I want to track which value was change. Does KoBo has this function at the moment?
