Transcription & Translation Error: No language found

Hello there,

I am trying to leverage the newly added transcription and translation functionality on the KoboTool Box, to transcribe and audio file in the Urdu language. However, on the transcription page when I search for Urdu in the search-bar it returns ‘no language found’ error. I tried entering ‘English’, it still gives me the same error. Are others members of the community encountering the same issue?
