Quisiera saber si hay manera de que no se pierdan la exclusión lógica u otras condiciones de una pregunta al momento de guardarla en la biblioteca y adicionarla a otro formulario.

Please forgive my answering in English - I hope I understand your question correctly - I think you are saying you would like to save ‘sections’ or ‘blocks’ of questions into the library (meaning you can also keep the skip logic together with the set of questions), rather than just adding individual questions one-by-one without keeping the logic.
